There are currently four event types in mirishita:
Theater Show TimeMillionlive Collection (Miricore)Platinum Star TheaterPlatinum Star Tour
Theater Show Time
An event that only lasts a few days. Drop rates of certain items (Gs, lesson tickets, gacha medals) are boosted on certain days. Drops also now include Miricore Tickets (both regular and SR) which allow you to draw a random card that was featured in a past Miricore event. These events mark the END of the event cycle.
Millionlive Collection
(Yes that's one word: Millionlive) Often abbreviated Miricore, these events cause lime green medals to drop after lives or oshigoto. They can be exchanged on the event page in a gacha which contains various items and the three featured cards (two SRs and one R). If you are unlucky with the event gacha, you can also get the event cards through your cumulative event medal count.
Platinum Star Theater
Platinum Star Theater events are token style events! Almost every idol rhythm game has these because the concept is very simple. Play lives for tokens, use tokens to play the event song live, play the event song live to earn event points. Event points are accumulated to get an event card. There is also rankings of all of the players, and your ranking at the end of the event can provide special event SRs that come with event specific costumes! The best strategy for token events is to spend stamina on oshigoto and use live tickets to play lives.
Platinum Star Tour
Platinum Star Tour events are kind of like modified token events. On the event screen, you can choose the difficulty you would like to play on. Then it will give you the option of two normal lives, one oshigoto, and the event song live. To earn event points, you choose one normal live or the oshigoto. Completing these will also fill a gauge and when it is full, you will recieve an event token. The event song live has a multiplier that changes each time you can choose a live to play. It is best to play it when the multiplier is at maximum (5.0x). Accumulating points and tiering is the same as a Platinum Star Theater event.

The oshigoto function is somewhat unique to mirishita at this point. Regular oshigoto costs 20 stamina and provides 20 live tickets (which can be spent to play songs). During token events, special oshigoto will become available which cost more stamina but provide more tickets.

Oshigoto displays a random girl of the oshigoto type you choose with some dialogue. Usually this is only one or two frames. Sometimes, however, you can get "chances" which bring you into an extended scene. Sometimes in chance sessions, the idol will ask you a question and you must respond within a time limit. This is similar to the original series games.

The percentages beneath the choices show how many other players picked that option. It is most beneficial to pick the most popular option as it is usually correct.

Doing oshigoto also rewards you with fans and kizuna for that idol. It also has drops like regular lives and recieves the same bonuses during events.
